Cauliflower Ham Casserole 1 pound ham 1 16 oz bag frozen cauliflower, 2 c. cheese, 1 egg ½ cup almond milk ¼ cup heavy cream 1 T minced onion 1 t  garlic powder ¼ cup crushed pork rinds, Preheat oven to 325F.  Bake for 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings Net carbs per serving: 6 g
