Boil, smash, season, bake. Spray pan, smash potato, add S, rosemary, drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 450 for 20-25 mins. I used left over baked potatoes cut smaller and smashed no boiling needed.

Really good. Pioneer Woman smashed potatoes. Boil potatoes until tender. Put potatoes on baking pan and smash. Brush potatoes with olive oil. Season- Salt and other spices/herbs. Now bake them in a very hot (450-degree) oven, and cook them for 20-25 minutes… can also add parmesan cheese before baking.

Smashed potatoes! Boil potatoes until fork tender. Oil pan with olive oil, put potatoes on it and smash. Brush potatoes with olive oil. Season- Salt and other spices (ex. chives…or thyme…or whatever herbs you have available). Bake- Now throw them onto the top rack of a very hot (450-degree) oven, and cook them for 20-25 minutes… or add parmesan cheese before baking

Oven baked smashed potatoes! Need to try this! Sounds easy. Give them a headstart in the microwave. Then, transfer to lightly oiled pan, smash with a fork, dot with butter and a bit of Greek olive oil. Sprinkle on salt and pepper, bake until semi-crispy and browned on top. Great combination of crispy, roasted outside and soft, hot inside! You can turn the broiler on at the last minute to add extra crispiness and crunch before serving.

smashed red potatoes - I boiled the potatoes instead of baking them for the first step. I think it helped keep them softer and more moist for when I baked them.
