A new report on vocational education and training (VET) in the countries of the EU’s Eastern Partnership and Russia recognizes progress on modern strategies and legislation, and urges countries to implement the policies by building stronger institutions. The regional report is a result of the second round of the Torino Process and is based on seven country reports from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Russia.
