So I'll never ever be able to MAKE this, but Ana White's stuff inspires me to look at spaces in my home differently, so here's my first pin from the ever amazing Ana White!

$10 Ledges- for Picture Frames, Books, Trophies, Trinkets, etc - in the Hallway, kid's rooms, Livingroom, etc (use smaller bottom board for specific sized items, ex: 1x2" bottom for my knick-knack shelf)

Like this idea for above the couch, shelving we talked about. Good use of subtle color as well.

Barn Beam Ledges from Ana White's website. If you have never been to Ana's site you MUST go. She has free diy plans for lots of furniture and projects. LOVE HER! Such an inspiration.

I love the collage mixed with the word art and flowers all on such a long shelf. Thinking I'm going to redo our living room or master bedroom with this kind of display at some point.

Mustache art! I would be the person to have this where everyone in the living room could see XDDD

this looks like the expidet shelving from ikea... whether it is or not, i adore this. also, it has a letter. i friggin' love letters.

Something like this for that small wall in the dining room...maybe different style of shelf but still think this would work well.
