    Hmm... 3-day diet... well see... apparently you can lose up to ten lbs. in 3 days, with this special diet used by some military men and women. Take a four day break and do it again until you've achieved your goal... Pinner checked it w/ her medic hubs & he said it's good to try! This is actually good to do before a 5k walk or run cleanses and gives you protein daily!!
