1 small head Broccoli
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
2 Green onions

Canned Goods

1 1/2 cups Chicken broth, low-sodium


5 tsp Honey
5 tbsp Soy sauce, reduced-sodium

Pasta & Grains

1 Brown rice, Hot cooked

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Chili paste
4 tsp Cornstarch
3 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Canola oil
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
2 tsp Sesame oil, toasted

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry. I'm going to make this and use the udon noodles I bought from costco.

Chicken and broccoli dinner tonight over brown rice.. added a red bell pepper too.. tasty, healthy and easy. Next time will marinate the chicken if I prep ahead of time.
