This was very good.  I used a boneless pork tenderloin becauase that's all I had.  I've also had it before with a half packet of onion soup mix, but I left it out since I'm sensitive to onions.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya- I would add a little bit more tomatoes and a can of red beans to add substance to this but it is delicious!
