An excellent quality cameo brooch and pendant, with the carving being very well done. The cameo has been hand carved from shell and the work would have been carried out in Italy. The cameo is set into a gold frame stamped as 9ct. The back of this jewellery has both brooch and pendant fittings. The bail for the pendant hinges out of the way so that you do not see it when you wear this as a brooch. This jewellery measures about 3 cms long.
