Marshmallow Cream Cheese Frosting - so delicious! (perfect for frosting or filling)

This is a good idea: Keep borders rolled up and visible in clear round Ziploc containers.

Make cake frosting go further AND reduce the amount of sugar consumed per serve (this applies to homemade frosting as well and homemade is far better for you)!

Cool Whip and Pudding Frosting. Absolutely amazing! Tastes just like the whipped icing that is on grocery store cakes. Super light and fluffy and you can make a nice big swirl on top of your cupcakes with this. This will be my go-to icing for cakes and cupcakes now!

The best icing!! All you do is mix one vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip. A great frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit…way less sugar too!!!! @ Yum Yum Pins

Whip two containers of marshmallow creme in your mixer. Adding one tablespoon at a time, gradually mix in 3 sticks (1-1/2 cups) softened, unsalted butter. Beat well. Add 1/2 c. powdered sugar and beat in. (If you're not making strawberry frosting, add 1/2 t. vanilla extract). This vanilla version is heavenly on lemon cake - just sayin'.
