Boozy Baked French Toast - Sliced Challah bread or any bread you like, 3 C milk, 3 eggs, 1tbs sugar, dash of salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 tbs Bailey's Irish Creme. Butter pan, layer bread, pour in mixture and bake @425 for 30 minute.  Serve however you like it w/syrup, powdered sugar, fruit etc.
