This is what I use when I wash dishes. I have sensitive skin and I've never had a problem with seventh generation. I think its because they use essential oils to make the soap smell good (and to disinfect) and not something made in a lab.
We are trying to do little things around the house to be more Eco Friendly and produce less waste. So I've been using Seventh Generation everything, I heard they are a little better than Green Works and from what I read they sound more Green, we will see. For now this is what I use and the products work great
If every household in the U.S. replaced just on bottle of 32oz. solvent-containing all-purpose cleaner with our 32oz. solvent-free All Purpose Cleaner, we could prevent 9.3 million pounds of volatile organic compounds from polluting the air. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZh_2CLcKlA #7GenDeepak
DIY disinfectant spray: can't really speak for how well disinfected. But my concerns about room smelling like vinegar if used on carpet were unfounded. Smell dissipated quickly leaving tiny hint of pleasant tea tree scent.
we have gone green in our house with the exception of the dishwasher detergent till yesterday. Everything else I use 7th Generation works amazing, especially the laundry soap and fabric softener so I tried this for our dishes and it works better than any dish detergent I've used. No chemical residue and actually cleans the dishes!! I love the dish soap not sure why I didn't try it before.
