Big Little Lies - the best part of Moriarty's books are her characters, like your best friends, you'll side with Madeline, Celeste and Jane from the beginning, no matter if they're right or wrong. In this fun, identifiable, suburban murder mystery, we're reminded a very remedial lesson, to be kind, because we never know what people are struggling with. Fingers crossed for a sequel.
More like: "Running away with my best friend to an abandoned church in Windrixville while the fuzz think we're in Texas because Johnny killed a Soc and he'd get the electric chair if we're caught". Just sayin'
