Oh the kitchen! We (mainly Jesse) spend a fair amount of time here mixing drinks, cooking dinner or hand washing dishes, as we don’t have a dishwasher. The floor runner was a purchase from Crate and Barrel and the knives on the wall were a product of several trips to local swap meets and antique fairs.

Spectacular all white kitchen. The globe pendants are amazing.

Isabella & Max Rooms: Designer Crush...Who'll I'll Be Calling When I'm All Grown Up!

I want a cart like this to put my KitchenAid mixer on along with other baking needs so I can just roll it out when I want to bake and not worry about lifting.

uh, LOVE the curtain fabric...that's about as close as you can get to what I have been picturing in my mind for our LR curtains (in black or red)

Beautiful island...great layout for a small kitchen (because how many of us are going to have a massive sprawling kitchen, honestly?)

Great blog (Shelter-Julie Richard). Love this kitchen with white uppers/black lowers and wood "island" or table.

Islands tend to work best in L-shaped kitchens that measure at least 10 X 10 feet and open to another area. Increase the functionality of your kitchen by equipping the island with a cooktop or outfitting it with barstools for casual dining.

Home of Juliet Gorman & Elliott Malkin. What I love about this photo: the chairs, the painting on the wall, the countertop and wood cupboards.
