    Orange Rolls --so good. Stack rolled up crescent rolls in deep baking dish. Cover with glaze: Glaze (3/4C sugar, 1/4C butter, 2TBSP orange juice, 1/2C reduced-fat sour cream). Combine sugar, butter, and orange juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls; let stand 20 minutes before serving. Yield: 2 dozen.

Orange Rolls by Recipe Snob~T~This roll dough is rolled out and spread with melted butter and sprinkled with sugar and orange zest then shaped. A warm glaze of sugar, butter, orange juice and sour cream ( I used Greek yogurt to cut fat ) is poured over the rolls after they come out of the oven.

Orange Rolls - ¼ c warm water + 1 T yeast, set aside for 5 min. ½ cup melted butter + ¾ cup milk. ½ cup sugar + 3 eggs+ ¾ tsp salt, add to butter and milk. Then add yeast + 2 c flour, mix. Add 3 c flour, 1 c at a time. Cover, refridge overnight. Roll out, spread orange filling. Orange filling- 1/2 c melted butter, 1 c sugar, zest &juice from 1 orange. Bake15 min at 375°.
