This is our favorite way to eat broccoli or cauliflower of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

Mushrooms Sauteed with Garlic Butter (substitute butter for olive oil tsp and 1 tbsp butter) on BigOven: This simple yet elegant dish makes a delicious first course or, served in smaller portions, a superb amuse-gueule.

CRACK POTATOES  2 (16oz) tubs of Sour Cream  2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese  2 (3oz) Bags Bacon Bits  2 pkgs Ranch Dip mix  1 large bag (28-30oz) Shredded potatoes    Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Add potatoes, pour into large casserole dish.  Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
