Brand Name Laundry Detergent's "Last Stand"! Liquid Laundry Soap-Family Sized Batch 1 bar grated Fels Naptha soap 5 gallon bucket 1 cup washing soda (Again, Arm and Hammer) 1 cup 20 Mule Team Borax 4 gallons water
After 3 different recipes that I didn't really care for, I finally found a liquid laundry soap that I love, and it's Borax free too! I can make my own in minutes and feel really good about washing my family's clothes with no chemicals!
~ This makes Gallon of concentrate ~ ~ Btw, that's a full 128 loads of laundry! ~ 1 bar Fels Naptha (Yes, the ENTIRE Bar!) 1 cup 20 Mule Team Borax 1 cup Arm & Hammer Washing Soda (NOT BAKING SODA!) 4 cups of hot water
I can't believe just how easy it is to make homemade laundry soap! This recipe requires five minutes of time, and makes enough laundry soap to last about 56 loads (or more). My clothes smell great and look clean.
No-Grate Liquid Laundry Detergent - Super Concentrated version: in gallon jug add cup of Borax, cup of Washing Soda, cup of Dawn Dishwashing Liquid. Add 4 cups hot water to dissolve. Fill rest with cold water.
