Weekend Brunch Casserole: Crescent rolls on the bottom of a sprayed pan, then sausage crumbles, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, then whip 6 eggs and 1 cup of milk together pour over the top and bake on 425* for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper over the top.
Got recipe from Mom/Ron at Christmas 2012. We made it today. So easy and so yummy. Recommend leaving out the salt completely. Also we used whatever cheese we had on hand and it tasted great - don't have to use mozza. Next time, we're going to try bacon instead of sausage - and I might add spinach to my half! ~W
