I have traveled a very long, hard road to my present place of healing. I am still often amazed that I have survived both my abuse and myself and am now in a position to give back. My mission is to let those struggling with abuse/mental health issues know that you can climb out of the deepest, darkest corners of hell. There is still a life worth living inside you.

I have never seen/ heard this quote ever before and after watching "How I Met Your Mother" this week I have heard it on the show, seen a FB status quoting it and it just popped up on pinterest. I think someone is trying to tell me something.
"For You formed my inward parts; You knitted me together in my mother's womb. I PRAISE YOU FOR I AM FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE. Wonderful are Your works; my soul knows it very well," Psalm 139:13-15.
