Littorai B.A. Thieriot VIneyard on the Sonoma Coast
Wine Display, Red, Rose Petal, Pinot Noir
Littorai “Sonoma Coast”: This is a field blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer, dominated by the latter. Bottled exceptionally early with no oak contact, the wine displays stunningly fresh aromas of ginger, grapefruit, lemon verbena, rose petal, spearmint and green olive. It is usually bottled at about 13% alcohol with 25 grams of residual sugar. Estate bottled.
Littorai makes amazing whites and reds, primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Haven't tasted a vintage nor a bottle I didn't love!
Littorai owner/winemaker Ted Lemon carefully crafts the Burgundian inspired Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs produced from fruit from the Russian River Valley, Anderson Valley, and Sonoma Coast.

Turn Frozen Grapes into “Ice Cubes” for Red Wine | This works for white wine too! | 19 Flavorful Ways To Liven Up Your Summer Ice Cubes
frozen grapes as wine "ice cubes" This is a great idea! I like my red wine at room temperature myself, but my mother likes it chilled. It would be great for her!
Use frozen grapes as wine-friendly "ice cubes" - red ones for red wine; green ones for white wine
dept of chill: wine-friendly grape “ice cubes” - toss frozen grapes in your wine to cool it down
Wine Friendly Grape "Ice Cubes" (All you have to do is toss a few frozen grapes in your glass before you start drinking. Unsurprisingly, red grapes are perfect for red wines, and white grapes go well with white wine, but they won't pass much flavor through the skin, so it's not a huge deal if you only have one variety. The advantage of the grapes is that they won't water down your drink or cool it down too quickly like ice cubes.)
Dept of Chill: Wine-Friendly Grape “Ice Cubes” -- ... any sommelier worth his or her spittoon what the proper serving temperature is for red wines, and they’ll tell you between 55° and 65° ... chill your wines in an ice bucket filled with both ice and water for about five or ten minutes. It’s easy and despite what you’ve been told, it will not spoil the wine. However, adding ice cubes to the wine will dilute it, and that’s where grapes come in handy. They make the perfect “ice cube” for wine."

Lomanto Grape Vine. Possible addition to garden this year? The grapes of the Lomanto Grape Vine are a Southern gardener's dream. The self-fertile Lomanto Grape Vine is resistant to Pierce's disease, rot, and mildew. Flowering begins in late April and harvest of the medium-sized conical clusters will begin in early July. The Lomanto Grape Vine has a thin black skin and a sweet, soft, juicy pulp with few small seeds. The Lomanto has it all.

Pinot Noir is one of the most popular red wines in the world that goes well with nearly any food pairing

Pinot Noir is the most highly prized wine in the world. But why? It’s not as rich or big as its noble cousins, in fact it’s quite the opposite. Pinot Noir wines are pale in color, translucent and their flavors are very subtle. The grape itself is weak, suffering from a variety of diseases and its genetics make it highly susceptible to mutation. Despite the difficulty in growing the grape, prices for a bottle of Pinot Noir are generally more than a similar quality red wine.
