In bowl combine oil, garlic & seasonings 3. Dip ea filet & place on sheet 4. Pour remaining seasoning over the filets 5. Bake 10 -12 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Baked Tilapia. My husband said this was the best fish he had ever eaten. I left out the basil and used spicy brown mustard instead of dijon, because dijon is too spicy. I sometimes ruin fish when I try to bake it, but this recipe is fool proof and looks fancy too.
