Egg White Veggie Omelet    Ingredients:    4-5 egg whites  1 cup of spinach  1/4 cup chopped onion  1/4 cup chopped zucchini  1/4 cup green/red/yellow bell pepper  1/8 cup chopped jalapenos (optional)  1 clove of garlic or minced garlic  1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese, chopped (any flavor)  Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning

This is a low-calorie diet based on the Biggest Loser pyramid of 4-3-2-1 (four servings of fruits and veggies; three of lean protein; two of whole grains; and one "extra"), along with good old-fashioned exercise. Eat a diet based  largely on fruits, vegetables and lean protein, add a heavy dose of physical activity and you will lose weight, lower cholesterol, decrease blood pressure, and become stronger and more energized.

Biggest Loser Fettucine Alfredo- I really liked it! Don't pay attention to the pic here, it looks nothing like the meal,as you don't actually use real noodles. Blake I don't think loved this meal (He doesn't like vegetables) But he didn't say so, and he ate it! Haha so who knows. I loved it!
