No helium needed to fill balloons for parties.....just vinegar and baking soda! i need to remember this!

super easy! blow up a balloon. get some white yarn. wrap around the balloon in your desired design and then use some elmers glue (dries clear) and coat it. Once dry, pop the balloon...maybe cover in some paint and spray glitter and Wa-La!
