Ramen Noodle Salad, I love this salad! 2 pks noodles, 2.5 oz. bag sliced almonds, 3/4 C sunflower seeds, 1/2 C chopped red onion, 1 bag broccoli slaw, both seasoning pkts, 3/4 C oil, 1/2 C vinegar, 1/3 C sugar, grilled chicken. Combine first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. Pour over noodle mix. Top with chicken. Mix. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Mix again. Enjoy!!

Lentil Salad 2 C lentils 2 cucumbers peeled/diced 1 red pepper,diced 1/2C parsley, chopped 1 red onion diced 1 cl garlic chopped olive oil, apple vinegar salt white pepper chilli powder

This was amazing! Easy to make and beyond delicious. Kids couldn't get enough. Simply toss pasta with 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder salt, and black pepper; Much healthier than any cream sauce

These are seriously yummy.....- Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas and add to a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Take them out and shake ‘em around before returning to the oven for another 15 minutes, (also other healthier snacks)

Grilled Pineapple Salsa- grill 5 half inch thick slices of fresh pineapple on med-high for about 2 min each side, dice 1 small red onion, 2 jalapenos, 1/4 cup cilantro and mix with juice of 1 lime and 1/4 tsp salt.
