Single Serving, One-Minute Chocolate Cake: 1 T. plus 2 t. cocoa powder 3 T. almond or coconut flour 1/8 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder stevia to taste 1 T. coconut oil (Edit: many commenters have said it still tastes good if you sub applesauce or mashed banana. But I can’t personally vouch for the results if you make that substitution.) 3 T. coconut milk 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Mash it up using your finger and apply to problem spots. wait a few minutes and rinse off. Works wonders at reducing redness and swelling and speeding the recovery of painful zits and pimples. Can also be used on entire face as a mask to reduce pore size and prevent acne. A bottle of generic aspirin costs around $1 and will last FOREVER!

Spring Cleaning: Natural Cleaning Tips for the Bathroom

This is freaken, totally super! Make your own mosaic tiles. Let me translate: Use a rubber door mat as a guide. Accuracy is important. Mix 15ml wood glue (cold glue) with 55ml water. Then add 15ml acrylic paint in a color of your choosing and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle 80ml gypsum on top and wait until it drop to the bottom by itself, then stir - otherwise it will make lumps. Mix everything until it is the consistency of yoghurt- add water if necessary. Put it onto the rubber mat and fill the holes taking out all air bubbles by lightly tapping it. Wait 24-36 hours for it to dry. press out the tiles and scrape the sides with a sharp blade. Voila!! your own home made tiles. After sticking it to whatever you like, give it a spray of varnish to seal it.
