Rare Yellow Wavellite Rare Yellow Wavellite on Green Wavellite Botryoidal Crystals on Chert from Mauldin Mountain near Mt. Ida, Arkansas, a vintage specimen Wavellite is an uncommon phosphate mineral closely related to turquoise. The yellow wavellites are rare.

Lovely Aquamarine - Aquamarine is often associated with the thymus gland. It is very soothing worn as a necklace. Healers use it to help reduce fluid retention. It has been used to calm the nerves. The Romans used the aquamarine for diseases of the stomach, and believed it could cure liver and throat troubles.

Quartz / Mt Ida, Montgomery County, Arkansas

Superb specimen of large lustrous red Vanadinite crystals with orange-brown color on select faces. The Vanadinite crystals are thick, hexagonal form, and large for the species.
