    Crockpot Orange Chicken: • 3-4 boneless chicken breast chunks. • 1/3 cup flour • olive oil • 1/2 T salt • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar • 3 T ketchup • 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed) • 4 T brown sugar In a bowl, mix orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, and ketchup. Brown flour covered chicken in hot oil and place in crock pot. Then cover the chicken with your sauce mixture and give the pot a stir. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3. Serve over rice

Crock Pot Angel Chicken – Combine Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, butter, soup & broth. Pour over chicken. It turned out great. It was very flavorful & a breeze to make. Dump everything into the crockpot & boil some water for the pasta when you get home from work & voila! Dinner in 10 minutes!

Crock pot orange chicken. I wonder if I could use coconut flour instead of regular flour to bread? And honey instead of brown sugar for the sauce. UPDATE: the flavor was excellent, and it worked very well to dredge in coconut flour; however, the breading mostly fell off while cooking into the sauce, making for an oddly textured sauce. Next time if I want to make it gluten-free, I will just not bread it at all. I learned that breading in coc. flour would be a good way to do nuggets though!

This recipe is SO easy -- but so yummy! This is going to be a new standard at my house.

4-5 boneless chicken breasts, 1 can each of corn and black beans (drained), jar of salsa, lime juice and zest, black pepper. Add cream cheese in last 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

Crockpot Orange Chicken: This was also a delicious dish! However, my timing was a bit off and by the time we actually got to eat it (my husband was late coming home) it tasted like bad, dry Chinese food. So, don't cook it too long, check it every hour or so and when the sauce is nice and creamy and a LITTLE sticky, EAT!
