Simple Sloppy Joes -2 pounds ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste 1/2 cup ketchup 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 3 tablespoons soy sauce 12 buns, toasted Directions In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic- drain. Stir in tomato sauce and paste, ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes
