In 194, aged 13 she made her singing debut at on Cincinnati radio station WLW & later appeared in "White Christmas" (1954), with Bing Crosby & Danny Kaye. Her first big hit was "Come On A My House" in 1951. Clooney had 5 children with José Ferrer in the 50s & her life was dramatized in a 1982 made-for-television form. She is also the Aunt of famed actor, George Clooney.
