Homemade sweet and sour chicken recipe ~ The homemade sauce is what really takes this recipe over the top!

Sweet and sour chicken recipe. Good, but time consuming. Only do if you have lots of time for prep, frying, and baking. Also, the chicken was pretty well cooked after the frying. I shortened the baking time and it was still plenty. Next time I would probably only do 10 mins per side and see how that fares.

Sweet and Sour Chicken. Notes: 4 chicken breasts, 9x9 casserole dish to bake. Cook them a little longer on the stove before baking them so that they can get a little crispier.
