Step Cut turkey bacon in half, & place in a muffin tin in a crisscross formation. Step Crack an Egg directly into the tin over the bacon, & season to taste. Bake in Oven at 350 Degrees until egg is done. Step Sprinkle lightly with grated cheese.
Omelet Breakfast Bites - place tater tots into oven at 400 to warm up for 10 minutes. Chop up vegetables and meat and place onto warmed tater tots. Take beaten egg and pour on top. Sprinkle on cheese. Cook for 35 mins or until egg is cooked through.
