Cinnamon Honey Butter: 1c honey; 1c butter, softened; 1c powdered sugar; 2tsp cinnamon; 3 half-pint jars. Combine ingredients in bowl. Use whisk attachment on mixer and blend until smooth. Pour into plastic bag, cut off tip and squeeze into jars. Keep refrigerated, but best to serve at room temp. Makes a wonderful gift - especially if given along with pound cake, bread, biscuits, bagels, etc.
