I'm not trying to lose weight or be skinny. I just wanna be healthy and feel confident!

Focusing on being skinny is vanity. Focusing on being healthy is taking care of and showing appreciation for the gift we were blessed with.

Since when does a number tell us our self worth. It's so sad how obsessed women are with weight and appearance. The thought is we have to fit into what some people deem attractive. The differences make a person less valuable.

The number on this scale will not tell you: what a good person you are; how much your friends & family love you; that you are kind, smart, funny & amazing in ways numbers cannot define; that you have the power to choose happiness; your own self worth.

Food matters.

Eat to meet long term goals, not short-term satisfaction. So true.

Goal in life: Run in only a sports bra and shorts.

"Set your alarm for get up and start your day. Put on a baggy top and running shorts. Go downstairs and pour yourself a nice big glass of ice water. Cut up some fruit and mix it in with yogurt. Add some granola. Stretch for 10 minutes.

Looks like an easy exercise that I could do while playing with the kids.  Elbows and toes, tighten the abs, hold, and repeat.  Would help get rid of the post-prego tummy!
