It has a very loud draft and you can hear the river from the cave entrance, so it is very noisy and intimidating,” said caver Adam Spillane, a member of the British Cave Research Association expedition. Its amazing that there are still places like this still out there waiting to be explored. A British caving team have just recently explored the world’s largest cave passage in the heart of the Vietnamese jungle.
Son Doong Cave, Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng National Park, Vietnam. Discovered only two decades ago, Son Doong cave sets the record for world’s largest cave, with its biggest chamber measuring 5 kilometers long, 200 meters high and 150 meters wide.
