The WORLD’S Best Baked Chicken! I probably wouldn't call this World's Best, but it was good. I didn't have Mrs. Dash so I used Montreal Steak Seasoning. Husband loved it. :)

Tried it-Keeper: Lia Marie’s Garlic Baked Chicken. Tasty on a salad. Used melted butter and a squirt of garlic paste instead of Lia Marie's spread. Next time, only garlic butter one side of chicken. Didn't need the aluminum foil. Only used 3/4 C of each bread crumbs and seasoning salt. Planko bread crumbs are Japanese bread crumbs--find with "cultural" food.

An inspiration photo I took for a Kinfolk shoot later this month. I really liked the look of it. We are now going in a completely different direction/style, so I thought I would share.

Lemon herb chicken ring. I added half a cup of sour cream to the mixture because it was pretty dry. I highly recommend cooking the bell pepper before adding to the mixture. They dominated the chicken and cheese. Next time I will add one more vegetable to it as well, like spinach leaves. However, it is definitely a keeper and my husband loved it.
