Used 1 cup Listerine, 1 cup Vinegar, and 2 cups water. Soaked for 30 mins and most of the yuk did rub off, but to get really deep, I used a pumice stone. As bad as my feet were (worse than photo!), they look pretty damn good now. Emollient cream and socks after; will def repeat before pedicure time...
