A sky high "dry stacked" stone fireplace is matched by an oriental rug, wall color, upholstery, and even tiered candles on the fireplace mantle. Nice recessed seats with framed art.

fabulous outside fireplace/lounge area. My idea is to have this next to an outdoor kitchen area. On the other side of the chimney is the living room on the 1st fl, & master bedroom directly above it, so that all can share the chimney. Yah for cozy warmth!

there's something about this I really love

gorgeous..would love to have a fireplace like this. Have the fireplace, just want ours to be like the bottom part - for some reason our builder put in tile - UGLY!

amazing fireplace. Don't like that it's cornered. I think fireplaces should be centered on a wall. Love the tall windows/doors

gorgeous- love the curve of the overlook railing- I think ours is already framed to be straight but wonder how hard it might be to adjust it...

In the living room, a striking fireplace with a towering chimney breast and an oversized lantern-style pendant light are simple yet equally dramatic features.

candles and fireplace set a MOOD, relaxing and nice, i think of stuff like this when kids are off to college n me and hubby sipping hot cocoa
