Weight Watchers Chicken and Rice Stuffed Bell Peppers: 10 servings; 6 pts. (5 pts. w/low-fat cheese), 278.9 calories, 11.6 g fat per serving. I used olive oil instead of butter  onion instead of onion soup mix.  If you use low fat cheese like I did, I suggest mixing it in as opposed to sprinkling in top. I dont think low fat cheese melts real well. It was very good!
