Baked Tacos- (in the words of Hallie B). I added rice and rotel to the meat/bean mixture and they were so easy and so good! Added bonus: the shells don't crack and fall apart when you bite into them. I don't think I'll ever make normal tacos again.

Taco Spaghetti: a tasty and easy meal, used ground sirloin, frozen mexicorn, and extra sharp cheddar cheese, added black beans and omitted green chilies. Topped w/chopped tomatoes and sour cream. Used Dreamfield spaghetti.
