Which I love to say its not as crazy as others think, you just need to move.

I don't know if it's just me but I totally get this! If I don't sweat ... I don't feel like I worked out. Sure sweat stains can be a little embarrassing but it's the way I know that 1) I did it right and 2) I earned my shower. LOL.
