Quick, High Protein Breakfast idea: Clean egg muffins! Delicious and quick. I cooked up some spinach, green onions, and tomatoes. Cut up some ham. Mixed it with 3 eggs and lots of egg whites. Perfect with a bowl of oatmeal to start of the day.
