Red Velvet Dessert: Slice red velvet cupcakes horizontally to create 2-3 layers - depending on how thick you want your layers to be. Place 1 cake layer into the bottom of your jar, pipe a layer of cream cheese frosting directly onto the cake layer. Repeat the layering process until you reach the top of your jar. If desired, garnish with festive sprinkles or red velvet cake crumbs.

blueberry + chocolate cupcakes: blueberries, chocolate, ganache, and a sprinkling of unicorn dust, I'm sure. I made these years ago for a friend's birthday. They looked lovely, and they're so... fresh looking even though it's chocolate, which doesn't exactly scream fresh to me.

Chocolate chip cupcakes! I've made these and they are SO GOOD. Instead of sour cream I used plain yogurt, and they taste almost like cheesecake.

Christmas Cupcakes - These gingerbread cupcakes would be so cute for a kindergarten treat!! (Especially during our gingerbread unit)!!

These Heath Bar Cupcakes have that delicious, buttery toffee flavor baked right into the cake. They’re then topped with my favorite buttercream frosting and a drizzle of rich, dark chocolate ganache. As if that wasn’t enough, I nestled a piece of Heath Bar directly on top of each cupcake for a finishing touch.

Christmas cupcakes, this i am going to try for our family christmas, i think the kids would love them.

Rolo Cupcakes. I started with my favorite doctored up cake mix recipe, nestled a frozen Rolo in the middle of the batter, topped the baked cupcakes with caramel infused buttercream and finished with a drizzle of ganache and a Rolo. Are you drooling yet?
