My homemade Chicken Soup - just used a pic for reference: boil a whole chicken for 2-3 hours. Rough chop petite red potatoes, carrots, celery, onion. Debone and shred chicken, and return to pot with all veggies. Salt to taste, return to a boil and then simmer till veggies are the hardness/softness of your liking/about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
