    French Toast Dumplings: 1) In med sauce pot, bring to simmer Maple Syrup & Brown Sugar 2) Cut raw biscuit into 1/4 & roll into ball 3) Gently add ball into simmering syrup, leaving room to puff up. 4) Cover & let simmer until they’ve doubled in size, turn them once. 5) Let them cool 6) Mix up cinnamon, sugar, & nutmeg. 7) Gently toss each dumpling in the mix. 8) Pile a few dumplings into bowl & top w/ a scoop of Mascarpone or Sour Cream & a drizzle the reduced Maple Syrup Crack Sauce!
