      Nötkex (only "two" ingredients; eggs and nuts) 2 eggs 1 cup almonds 1 ½ cups salted peanuts (sub another nut for paleo) 1 cup cashews Chop the nuts. Beat the eggs slightly and stir in chopped nuts. Spoon out the mixture into small balls on a baking sheet with parchment paper, flatten and bake about 10 minutes at 175 degrees.
