Avacado-Pear smoothie! Don't knock it until you try it! Had it for breakfast today - tweeked a little, I put in some of my canned pears, plus a little yogurt (don't like tofu) and 1 T of flax seed. It was really good!

*I use just a small amount of stevia or coconut palm sugar to sweeten a bit. Agave and honey really seem to mess with my blood sugar.
