Atlantic City, NJ the Absecon Lighthouse is the third tallest lighthouse in America and one of the oldest in the country, dating back to 1857. Climb its 228 steps for a 360-degree view of the Jersey shore and Atlantic City skyline.
Atlantic City: Me and Michelle implemented Atlantic City ANG Base. We rented a black Lincoln that looked like something out of The Godfather. We got a lot of looks. We kept hearing a knocking sound from the trunk. We checked it several times, but noone was in there. We ate at The Cheesecake Factory three times in two weeks. We went to the casinos once. I could hardly breathe in there. Not my thing.
Atlantic City, New Jersey. I came here on a road trip with a boyfriend at age 19. We couldn't gamble so we walked the boardwalk at night. We had to switch hotels due to a robbery committed in the room next door before we checked in. I remember being amazed that the properties in Monopoly were actually named after streets in Atlantic City. That was my teen frame of reference: a board game.
