Chicken Bacon Ranch Grilled Cheese Lisa's Notes: These were ok, a little to rich & heavy for me but my family did like them. Definitely grill them like grilled cheese vs. using a panini press as the press just pushed all the cheese out.
Spinach and Artichoke Melts. Glad to have the suggestion of putting artichoke and spinach dip on a sandwich! Will use our family recipe for artichoke and spinach dip the next time, I think it will be just as delicious!
