Perfect gift idea for Grandparents! Buy a rough surfaced tile from Lowes (less than a dollar) and mod podge scrapbook paper on it. Then mod podge the pic over that! Let dry and wrap with a pretty bow. You can even include a small stand to set the tile in!

Cut tissue paper into strips or use the top layer of a pretty napkin. Attach tissue paper around the candle secure with a pin. Wrap a piece of wax paper around the entire candle. Heat with hair dryer or embossing tool. Continue until the entire wax paper has a wet shiny look. Remove wax paper, and pins.
