(A) Highland Park 21 (Highlands / Orkney): Very fruity on the nose: cherry and orange peel with soft oak notes and a touch of Orkney peat. The oak is the centerpiece on the palate, surrounded by spices, fruity notes, with whispers of dark chocolate and floral peat. Long, darkly flavored finish. Very refined - a person could sample this a thousand times and never pick up the same combination of flavors twice. An exceptional whisky, but exclusive to European retail.
