  • 14 Fingerling or new potatoes, small red
  • 2 Leeks, large
  • 2 cups Navy beans, dried
  • 1 Onion, large
  • 36 Pearl onions, red
  • 2 tbsp Sage, fresh
  • 2 sprigs Thyme, fresh
Canned Goods
  • 5 cups Chicken stock, homemade or low-sodium store-bought
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns, whole black
  • 1 Salt and freshly ground pepper, Coarse
